The bag is little heavy but it's soo good , premium looking and Stylish ,it's definitely a good bag for traveling & meetings, I didn't get the free Sling bag though but they eventually gave it as a seperate courier which they said it was out of stock but they shipped after receiving, overall I've been using it daily so far no issues & it's value for money backpack

Earlier the sling bag which was complimentary along with the backpack was not delivered but as soon as i complained it was delivered and it a stylish sling , worth buying

Good product but I have not received solid Sling free for prepaid order

I’m genuinely impressed with the quality of the Slate Urban Backpack (55L). The material feels premium, the bag looks well-built, and the overall design and finish are excellent. It feels like a backpack that should hold up well for regular use and travel.

My order also included a complimentary Solid Sling bag, which was not in the package when the backpack arrived. I contacted Ristoss, and their support team responded very quickly. They explained that the previous batch of sling bags did not meet their quality standards, so rather than sending a lower-quality product, they are replacing the stock and will ship my sling separately at no additional cost.

I really appreciate this approach. Delays can happen, but being transparent with customers and prioritizing product quality makes a difference.

Very happy with the backpack so far, and I’m looking forward to receiving the sling bag as well. Great first impression of both the product and customer service.
