Return Policy
At Ristoss, we aim to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. That’s why we offer a 7-day return policy to give you peace of mind with your purchase.
Eligibility for Return:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your product.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all the tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a return.
- Any item that has been used, damaged, or altered in any way after delivery will not qualify for a return.
How to Initiate a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at ristossbags@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with the return address details.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. This includes arranging for a courier and covering the associated courier fees.
- We advise you to use a trackable courier service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Ristoss will not be responsible for any lost or undelivered packages during the return process.
Refund Policy:
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- A deduction of 8% to 10% will be applied to your refund. This amount covers the handling, platform, packaging fees/charges paid when shipping the product to you initially.
- The refund will be processed via the original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

Partially paid amount is non-refundable.
- Partial COD amount is strictly non-refundable in all cases, regardless of delivery outcome.
- Any express-shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
- All of the cancellations prior to dispatch may it be UPI, Snapmint or any other is subject to transaction fee of 5%.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, such as:
- Personalized or customized products.
- Products that have been worn or used.
- Any items purchased during a sale or with a discount code may not be eligible for returns unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
Important Note:
The return policy terms, including the customer’s responsibility for return shipping fees and the deduction of 8% to 10% from the refund amount to cover our original dispatch related costs, are included to ensure clarity. These terms are non-negotiable and are applied to every return.
