What Are My Shipping & Delivery Options?

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Delivery Timeframe & Shipping Policy

  • Domestic Orders:
    Our products will be delivered within 2 to 8 business days from the date of your order. Once your order is packaged, we will notify you via SMS or email to keep you informed every step of the way.

  • Order processing time is 24 hours after order is received. Sunday the facility is closed & orders can't be processed until the next working day i.e Monday.
  • Customers are responsible for entering complete, accurate, and detailed delivery addresses, along with a valid phone number and email ID at checkout.
    Any delays, misrouting, or delivery issues caused due to incorrect, incomplete, or vague details are not our legal responsibility.
  • If a delivery attempt is missed due to unanswered calls, unavailability, or refusal, the responsibility does not lie with us. Courier partners may return or delay the shipment in such cases.
  • Tracking details are shared via email/SMS. If incorrect contact details are provided, tracking updates may not reach you. Manual assistance will be provided on a best-effort basis.
  • Partial COD amount is strictly non-refundable in all cases, regardless of delivery outcome.
  • We are not responsible for any misconduct, delays, or issues caused by third-party courier partners or delivery personnel, though we will always try to assist and coordinate wherever possible.

  • International Orders:
    We now offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery will take approximately 10 to 20 business days, depending on your location.
    Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
    Customs & Duties: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Are There Other Shipping Restrictions?

  • Please provide a detailed address to ensure a smooth delivery process.
  • Provide an additional mobile number in case your primary number is not reachable.
  • We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
