Slate Urban Backpack (55L)

Very good product. I gave to my sister. Very spacious and a lot of chains. It turns into a suitcase.

First of all it's too lightweight. It's comfortable to hold

Good product but I have not received solid Sling free for prepaid order

I’m genuinely impressed with the quality of the Slate Urban Backpack (55L). The material feels premium, the bag looks well-built, and the overall design and finish are excellent. It feels like a backpack that should hold up well for regular use and travel.

My order also included a complimentary Solid Sling bag, which was not in the package when the backpack arrived. I contacted Ristoss, and their support team responded very quickly. They explained that the previous batch of sling bags did not meet their quality standards, so rather than sending a lower-quality product, they are replacing the stock and will ship my sling separately at no additional cost.

I really appreciate this approach. Delays can happen, but being transparent with customers and prioritizing product quality makes a difference.

Very happy with the backpack so far, and I’m looking forward to receiving the sling bag as well. Great first impression of both the product and customer service.

The quality is really great. Will recommend it for travel and college/office. It’s really spacious, and comes in various colours. Although I bought a blue coloured bag, it can get dirty easily due to its bright colour.
Ristoss has’t provided a free sling backpack at the earliest. They are always out of stock for the sling bags. It has been 14 days already, I hope I get my sling bag soon. It’s great overall.
